Eligibility and Account Registration
Access to and use of the bet277 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements renders a Player ineligible, and any Account opened or funds wagered in breach of these conditions may be voided at bet277's absolute discretion.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any service on bet277. bet277 applies a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bet277 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings generated by an underage player shall be forfeited in their entirety.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The bet277 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players must not access or use bet277 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their use of bet277 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. bet277 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on bet277. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bet277 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held therein, and void any pending bets or withdrawal requests associated with those accounts.
2.4 Registration Process
To register an Account on bet277, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times. bet277 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)
bet277 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide supporting documentation — including a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and residential address before your Account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the bet277 Privacy Policy.
Eligibility Checklist

Ineligible Players

Account Obligations and Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. bet277 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to observe your obligations under this section.
3.1 Credential Security
You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances, including family members. You must not write your password in a form that can be easily identified or store it in an insecure location. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bet277 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3.2 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability
Your bet277 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any other person. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your Account on your behalf, whether for placing bets, withdrawing funds, or any other purpose. Any attempt to transfer an Account or its balance shall render the Account subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
3.3 Accurate Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided to bet277 — at registration and at any time thereafter — is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false name, false date of birth, or a payment method not registered in your own name, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of balance without recourse.
3.4 Contact Details
You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and mobile phone number on your Account at all times. bet277 uses these contact details to deliver important account notifications, security alerts, KYC requests, and promotional communications (where opted in). bet277 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to receive a communication sent to an outdated or inactive contact address held on your Account.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on bet277 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bet277 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of mobile banking and card payment methods widely used across Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that any payment method they use is registered in their own name and is a legitimate, lawfully held financial instrument.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
bet277 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile), Upay, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. bet277 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of any given payment channel may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and the policies of the relevant payment provider.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on bet277 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bet277 itself, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process. bet277 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — you are responsible for checking and paying any such fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to six hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your bet277 Account. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit may require additional verification. bet277 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
4.4 Own Funds Obligation
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. bet277 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds in any Account and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Deposits made using payment methods registered to a third party will be reversed and the Account suspended.
4.5 Currency
All balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bet277 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency by your card provider, the conversion to BDT will be handled by your card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate, and bet277 shall not be responsible for any conversion losses or fees arising therefrom.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are governed by these general Terms & Conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional offers on bet277 are available to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have self-excluded or whose Accounts are under review are not eligible to claim bonuses during such periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the Player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates via their Account dashboard.
5.4 Abuse and Irregular Play
bet277 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players; or using software to automate betting behaviour during a bonus period.
5.5 Opting Out
Players who prefer to play without bonuses may opt out of receiving promotional offers by contacting bet277 support at [email protected]. Once a bonus has been credited to your Account and any portion of it has been wagered, it cannot be reversed or exchanged for a real-money equivalent.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on bet277 is subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing bets or wagering real money.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager is only confirmed and binding when it has been accepted by the bet277 system and a confirmation message has been displayed on screen or sent to your registered email address. bet277 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion — including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed using erroneous odds, or bets placed during a system error. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and current match conditions. bet277 shall not be liable for any market suspension or bet refusal arising from match interruptions, weather delays, pitch conditions, or decisions by governing cricket bodies including the ICC and BCB.
6.3 Live Casino and Table Games
Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's published game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. bet277 presents these games as a distribution platform and accepts no liability for decisions made by the game studio's live dealers or RNG systems. All game outcomes are final once the round is closed.
6.4 Slot Games and RNG Titles
Slot games and RNG-based titles on bet277 use certified random number generator technology. All RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the game studio and are published within the game's information panel. bet277 does not alter RTP settings for any game. 6.5 Void and Cancelled Bets
If a bet is voided by bet277 — for any reason including the cancellation of an event, the acceptance of an erroneous price, or a technical fault — the stake shall be returned to the Player's Account balance in full. No compensation is payable in respect of a voided bet beyond the return of the original stake. bet277's decision to void a bet is final and binding.
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet277 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
7.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation
You must not use the bet277 Platform to conduct, facilitate, or attempt to facilitate any form of fraud, including: providing false registration information; using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; chargebacks made in bad faith after wagering deposited funds; impersonating another player; or attempting to deceive bet277 support agents.
7.2 Collusion and Match Fixing
Collusion between players — including chip dumping at poker tables, coordinated betting strategies at live tables, or any form of match result manipulation — is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of collusion will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or sports governing bodies including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit.
7.3 Automated Betting Software
The use of bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted automated betting tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the bet277 Platform without genuine human decision-making is strictly prohibited. bet277 employs behavioural monitoring to detect automated or irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void any bets placed in contravention of this rule.
7.4 Exploitation of Errors
You must not exploit any error in the Platform's software, odds feeds, game mechanics, or promotional systems. If you become aware of an error that benefits you — including incorrectly credited funds, erroneous odds, or a game malfunction — you are obliged to report it to [email protected] immediately. Any funds or winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or apparent system error are subject to reversal without notice.
7.5 Money Laundering
bet277 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. You must not use the Platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. bet277 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals, request source-of-funds documentation, and report any suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be suspended immediately and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.
Account Suspension and Closure
bet277 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.
8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by bet277
bet277 may suspend or close an Account where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information; the Account is subject to a chargeback dispute; the Account shows evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a required period; the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or bet277 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a financial institution.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting bet277 support at [email protected]. Before closure, you may withdraw any available real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal terms and KYC requirements. Bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their closure requests processed with priority and without delay. Self-exclusion closures are permanent for the duration of the exclusion period (minimum 6 months, maximum 5 years) and cannot be reversed by the Player during that period. 8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure, you will no longer be able to access your Account, place bets, or claim promotional offers. Any pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with standard bet settlement rules. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet277 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the bet277 Platform, including but not limited to the following circumstances.
9.1 Platform Availability
bet277 endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.9% but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, infrastructure issues, or events beyond bet277's reasonable control (including acts of god, network outages, or actions by third-party service providers). bet277 shall not be liable for any betting opportunities missed or losses incurred as a result of planned or unplanned downtime.
9.2 Third-Party Game Outcomes
The outcome of all games on bet277 — whether operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, or any other third-party studio — is determined solely by the studio's certified RNG or live dealer mechanics. bet277 does not influence, alter, or have advance knowledge of any game outcome. bet277 shall not be liable for any game malfunction, disconnection during live play, or technical error that originates within a third-party game engine, subject to the bet voiding and stake return provisions in Section 6.5.
9.3 Player Decisions and Gambling Losses
Gambling involves financial risk. All betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily by the Player. bet277 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by a Player in the course of legitimate gameplay. Players are solely responsible for managing their own bankroll, understanding the odds and rules of games they play, and using the responsible gaming tools available to them.
9.4 Maximum Liability Cap
To the extent that any liability on the part of bet277 is established by a court of competent jurisdiction, bet277's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bet277 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
bet277 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — bet277 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account.
Your continued use of the bet277 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.
